1. The Global Partnership Agreement

By activating a Position (Network Builder or Golden Bell) within the Cenkos Network, you agree to operate as an Independent Partner. This agreement is between you and Cenkos Global. You are not an employee, but a strategic partner authorized to promote assets and capture value through our proprietary routing engine.

2. Financial Architecture & The Virtual Wallet

  • Internal Capital: All commissions, bonuses, and ROI distributions are credited to your secure Virtual Wallet.
  • Value Routing: Commissions are routed in real-time (Direct) or on a 12-day cycle (System Payouts).
  • Withdrawals: Partners may request to move funds from their Virtual Wallet to verified bank accounts. Cenkos reserves the right to verify the source of funds before final authorization.

3. Product & Infrastructure Assets

  • Ownership: Upon purchase (Acquisition), ownership of the physical asset (e.g., Truck Camera, AC Unit) transfers to the Partner once the transaction is cleared via the wallet or external gateway.
  • Logistics: Cenkos utilizes third-party couriers (DHL). We are responsible for initiating the shipment, but liability for transit delays rests with the carrier.
  • Virtual Items: Software licenses, AI Coach credits (when active), and referral links are non-refundable once activated.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

To maintain the integrity of the 5-Tier Commission Engine and the stability of the network, the following refund rules apply:

4.1 Physical Products

  • Eligibility: Partners may request a return within 14 days of receipt if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging. Used health products (Scrubs/Supplements) cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
  • Process: Once a return is authorized and the item is received by a Cenkos Hub (UK or Nigeria), the purchase amount will be credited back to the Partner’s Virtual Wallet.

4.2 Membership & Digital Assets

  • Positions: Enrollment fees for Network Builder and Golden Bell positions are non-refundable as they trigger immediate commission distributions across 5 tiers and activate digital infrastructure.
  • AI Credits: Credits purchased for the AI Marketing Coach are non-refundable.

4.3 Real Estate & High-Value Investments

  • Due to the nature of property deeds and legal coordination, real estate deposits and CGI Investment Plan capital are subject to a minimum 6-month lock-in period. Early exit penalties may apply as outlined in the specific asset’s contract.

5. The 5-Tier Commission Engine

  • Performance-Based: Earnings are strictly generated through sales and network expansion.
  • Anti-Speculation Policy: Cenkos is a “Safe Harbor” network. We do not offer investment schemes. Value is tied to the movement of real products and services.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a referral dispute, the Sponsor ID recorded in the system at the time of registration is the final source of truth.

6. Real Estate Coordination

For all territory and land acquisitions:

  • Cenkos acts as the Infrastructure Coordinator.
  • The 10% Referral Bonus is only triggered upon the legal execution of the property deed and full payment of the investment.
  • Partners must comply with local property laws in the jurisdiction of the asset (e.g., UK or Nigeria).

7. Prohibited Conduct

Partners are prohibited from:

  • Using “Get Rich Quick” language to promote the network.
  • Creating multiple accounts to “game” the 5-tier split.
  • Misrepresenting the Cenkos brand in public forums.

8. Termination

Cenkos Network reserves the right to deactivate any coordinate found to be in violation of these governance rules to protect the stability of the remaining partners.
